The favor packs in instant noodles

I still watch the nutrition label on the back of each instant noodle package that I eat (though obviously I'm not a hardcore health-concious eater), and I encourage peoople do too. It's not harmful as people fear or made believed. That email about instant noodles causing wax lining in the stomach is nothing but a hoax. What's unhealthy about instant noodles is the high amount of sodium and MSG (considering the serving size of an instant noodle package) in the favor pack. Other than that, eating instant noodles is just like eating a can of healthy campbel soup.
Knowing this, just tone down on your favor powder. I usually use 1/2 or 1/3 of my favor pack, that's enough to give my noodles its savory flavor. Read the label and adjust the amount of favor powder next time you make your slurpy bowl. Enjoy eating instant noodles without guilt.

Instant Noodles - A tribute

I love instant noodles, don't we all? As I follow people's numerous blogs about fancy restaurants and delicately prepared home cookings, I think I owe a tribute to the cheap, quick, tasty meals that saved me during my days in college and beyond college (single, working overtime like a no-lifer at my first job, been there done that?).

In coming entries, I will blog about the different kind of instant noodles, where to buy instant noodles, my favorite brands of instant noodle, and some personal tips on how to cook a better meal with instant noodles.
